About Winter School

The 4th ISC Winter School on Cryptography is approaching and we are excited to announce that this year’s event will be held virtually between February 28th and 29th, 2024. The school is organized by the Iranian Society of Cryptology (ISC) and Cyberspace Research Institute (CRI) at Shahid Beheshti University. ISC is a non-profit organization devoted to promoting the science of cryptology.

The focus of this year’s winter school is “Security of Artificial Intelligence”. The program will be led by a team of renowned experts in the field.

The school is designed to be both informative and educative for a wide range of graduate students and to present state-of-the-art and recent results on the subjects they target. The target audience for the school is graduate students and postdocs familiar with basic concepts of security and AI. However, we welcome all faculty, undergrads, and people in relevant industries with the necessary background to participate.

The winter school will be held fully online, providing an opportunity for participants from all over the world to join. All talks will be in English and the records of the lectures will be publicly available after the event. Don’t miss this chance to expand your knowledge and skills in this field. Register now to secure your spot.

Pre-school: ISC and SBU have organized a pre-school event that will be given in Persian. The workshop involves introduction lectures by experienced national researchers. The purpose of this workshop is to prepare those students who want to participate in the third winter school but do not have enough background about the topics of the school.
